Our Programs
Find Your Class
Three programs, one philosophy: discipline, technique, and steady progress — for every age and experience level.
Kids Karate
Building confidence, one belt at a time.
A structured, belt-ranked karate program built for young students — teaching focus, respect, and self-control alongside real self-defense fundamentals. Small class sizes keep every student seen and coached.
- Improved focus & discipline
- Anti-bullying confidence
- Belt progression & goal-setting
- Coordination & fitness
Cardio Kickboxing
High-energy strikes. Real results.
A high-intensity, non-contact workout built around striking fundamentals — punches, kicks, and pad work set to music. Burn serious calories while learning real technique, no sparring required.
- Full-body conditioning
- Stress relief & endurance
- Striking technique & footwork
- No experience necessary
Kobudo
Traditional Okinawan weapons training.
Advance beyond empty-hand karate into classical weapons — bo staff, sai, and nunchaku. Kobudo builds on the stances and control developed in our core curriculum for a deeper, more traditional practice.
- Bo staff, sai & nunchaku forms
- Advanced coordination & timing
- Deeper traditional practice
- Open to intermediate belts+
